1. Informational use only

GlobalRisk aggregates public information from sources such as news feeds, scientific monitoring systems, emergency-management data and aviation trackers. It is provided for general information and situational awareness. It is not an official emergency alert system and does not replace local authorities, emergency services or professional advice. Do not rely on it for decisions affecting life, safety or property.

2. Accuracy and availability

Information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or later corrected by its source. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and may be interrupted by maintenance, outages or changes to third-party data.

3. Third-party content and sources

Headlines, data, imagery, camera feeds and links come from third parties and remain the property of their providers. We link to original sources for full content. We do not endorse third-party content and are not responsible for it or for the practices of linked sites. See our Methodology for a list of sources.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the site; attempt to bypass security or access controls; scrape or request data in a way that overloads the service; use automated means to copy substantial portions of the site; resell or republish our compiled data as your own service; or use the site for unlawful purposes or to harass, track or harm any person.

5. Intellectual property

The GlobalRisk interface, design, branding, organization of data and code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights and license terms. You may view and link to the site for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Advertising

The site may display advertising, including from third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or for dealings between you and advertisers. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalRisk and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss or harm arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, including delays, inaccuracies, omissions or interruptions.
